PCI Compliance - Made Simple !!!!!!

First, we have painless online survey which will walk you through each step of completing your Self Assessment Questionaire, required for PCI Compliance. Once the “SAQ” is completed, you will receive an email if you need to perform a “Quarterly PCI Scan” of your website or network. You will then receive instructions by mail for performing any required PCI Scans.

QuickBooks Merchant Account Plugin

Up untill recently, if you wanted to use the “Merchant Account” function in your QuickBooks, you would have had to sign-up for a merchant account with Innovative Merchant Solutions, a company purchased by the Intuit Corporation. Intuit purchased the company to provide credit card processing to Intuit’s QuickBooks, a popular accounting software. This move was in my mind, an effort to corner the market and force QuickBook Users to use Innovative Merchant Services, as their merchant account provider.

Recently, many QuickBooks Plugin’s have arrived on the scene, giving QuickBook Users the freedom to shop for the best merchant account rates and options. Selling Credit Card Processing To Merchants

For those interested in a possible career in merchant account sales, the opportunities are endless. With thousands of new businesses openning up daily, your chances of success are very good. With the current trend of giving away free equipment, your focus should be on building a long term relationship your merchants and benefiting for the lifetime residual stream that comes from building a strong portfolio.

The current economic cycle is going to be two-fold, as current businesses struggle to survive, some will not survive and go out-of-business. The bright side is that when the economy is bad, many people lose jobs and a large percentage of those people will start a new business. There is usually an up-tick in the amount of new business “Start-Up’s”, when the economy begans to slow. Either way, this is part of the business cycle ( Boom to Bust ) and history tells us to “Stay The Course”, things will improve.
