PCI Compliance In an effort to combat credit card fraud, Visa & Mastercard has made PCI Compliance mandatory for every merchant, regardless of your size. Compliance standards have been set forth and must be maintained by every merchant. An annual re-assessment is also required to remain compliant. GETTING PCI COMPLIANT Step One: Complete ( SAQ ) Survey Merchants are required to complete an online survey ( SAQ ) to determine their compliance level and if any further action is required by Visa Mastercard to become PCI Compliant.    Must Be Processing With 1st National Processing Step Two: PCI Scan Requirement !!!
