Satisfaction Guarantee: All credit card terminal sales come with a 3-Day Satisfaction Period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your credit card machine purchase, simply call our office within the first three day's of delivery for a return number ( Must be issued within Three Days of the delivery date of your equipment ). Equipment must be returned in "Re-Sale Condition" at the expense of the customer.  We will issue a full refund or issue credit towards a different credit card terminal. Your satisfaction is our main concern and we make every effort to make your terminal purchase a positive experience, within reason.

You must call us within 3 days of the delivery date to exercise this policy.

After this satisfaction period has ended, all sales are considered final.

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, the next business day of placing your order. We may use Fed-Ex Ground or DHL in some cases, as we reserve the right to choose the most cost effective means of transportation. To date, we have absorbed the "Fuel Surcharges" charged by shippers and have not passed them on to consumers, although this could change in the future, depending on fuel cost.

UPS Ground is typically 3-5 Business Days, but delivery time is not guaranteed. We charge a flat fee of $10 for ground shipping.

If you require special shipping such as, Second-Day, Overnight, or Saturday Delivery, simply call our office to make arrangements. Below please find pricing example on single terminal orders:

Second Business Day = $25.00
Next Business Day = $44.00
Saturday Delivery = $65.00


Canadian orders are shipped via UPS Ground at $55.00 and may have to be picked up at the nearest UPS Terminal. Canadian duties may apply. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

We do not ship outside of the United States & Canada.

Factory Warranty: All credit card terminals come with a 12 Month Warranty against defects. The warranty will cover most mechanical and electronic problems, during the warranty period. Certain issues would not be covered, such as power surges. A power surge protector should be used to protect your terminal from power surges. Further, damage caused by water, excessive moisture, fire, or dropping of the unit would not be covered, so please use ordinary care with the operation of your credit card terminal to prevent these problems and potential losses.

To exercise your warranty, simply call our office for the shipping address of the nearest terminal repair center. Once your terminal is received, it will be repaired or replaced within 2-3 Weeks.

Return Policy: All sales are considered final after the 3-Day Satisfaction Period.
